Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with EYEBEES. We strive to provide premium-quality hair and grooming products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Include all original labels, accessories, and invoice (if applicable).

  • Be in resalable condition.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used Hair Serums

  • Opened or used Beard Serums

  • Opened or used Eyebrow Serums

  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or free gifts


3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A leaking product

  • A defective product

  • The wrong product

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the shipping package

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, EYEBEES will provide a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.


4. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, eligible returns may still be requested in accordance with this policy.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect products

  • Leaking products

We do not offer exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or purchased by mistake.


7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • A leaking product

  • An incorrect product sent by EYEBEES

We will arrange or reimburse the reasonable cost of return shipping.

For approved returns based on reasons other than our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.


8. Inspection and Approval

All returned products are inspected upon receipt.

EYEBEES reserves the right to reject any return if:

  • The product has been used.

  • The product is not in its original condition.

  • The return request is made after the 7-day return period.

  • Required proof of purchase is not provided.

  • The product shows signs of misuse or tampering.


9. Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept the package

We may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.


10. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after opening the product

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Allergic reactions or dissatisfaction resulting from individual skin or hair sensitivity (unless required by applicable consumer law)

  • Normal variations in product appearance, fragrance, or packaging that do not affect product quality
