By placing an order with EYEBEES, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.


1. Shipping Coverage

Currently, EYEBEES ships across India only.

We are working towards expanding our services internationally. Once international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated with the applicable countries, shipping charges, customs information, and estimated delivery timelines.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2 hours of successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

  • During product launches, promotional campaigns, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable), along with tracking details if available.


3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Kerala

  • Estimated delivery: 2 Business Days

Rest of India

  • Estimated delivery: 3–4 Business Days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, remote locations, public holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.

There are no additional shipping charges unless otherwise specified during promotional campaigns or for special delivery services.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via your registered email address, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact details provided during checkout.

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact our customer support team.


6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Please ensure that:

  • Your name is entered correctly.

  • Your mobile number is active and reachable.

  • Your shipping address, including PIN code, is accurate.

  • Landmark details are provided where necessary.

EYEBEES is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The recipient is unavailable.

  • The shipping address is incorrect.

  • The customer refuses delivery.

  • The courier is unable to access the delivery location.

the package may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.


8. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Courier network delays

  • High order volumes during sales or festive seasons

EYEBEES is not liable for delays resulting from such circumstances, but we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.


9. Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Take clear photographs of the package before opening it.

  • If possible, record an unboxing video.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If the product is found to be damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


10. Lost Shipments

If your shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue. Resolution timelines may vary depending on the courier's investigation process.


11. International Shipping

At present, EYEBEES ships only within India.

We plan to introduce international shipping in the future. Once available:

  • Shipping charges will vary by destination.

  • Delivery timelines will depend on the destination country.

  • Customers will be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated.

International shipping information will be published on our website when this service becomes available.


12. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Requests can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
